According to the SAR news, Sony maybe release a new lens camera QX30U soon after. However, this product may just do a little upgrading on the basis of QX30. This product currently had been officially registered in the Russian Novacert website, which is a public institutions that all WIFI equipment need to do the registration before they being sold. 

Second news: Sony sets up a new company focused on sensor design and production

Have to say, today Sony in the field of image sensors, is no one can shake. In order to further strengthen Sony's advantage in terms of image sensor, Sony has officially announced the semiconductor sector independent from device Group and sets up new company called Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corp. 

According to Sony, it said the new company will focus on a variety of chip development and production, but the image sensor will remain the primary focus of the new company. It is reported that the new company starts from April 1, 2016. 

The semiconductor sector is the higher profitability of the Sony Group division, thanks to its sensitive components in a wide range of applications on smartphones and SLR cameras, Apple, Nikon and other companies are its customers, but also the industry's competitors are well-known OmniVision Technologies and Samsung Electronics. After the split of business, Sony's core business will focus on mobile, games, video (camera), film, music and finance these services.
