Unpacking experience of Xiaomi Yi sport camera（1）

When we talk about the sport camera, the word of GoPro may appear to the mind of most of the people. After all, it is a worldwide famous brand. However, it is expensive for the amateurs. But don’ t worry, Xiaomi Yi sport camera comes to help you solve this problem. Return to the topic, today, I would like to share you something about my unpacking experience of it. 

Appearance design: 

As the first version in sports shooting use orienting product, Xiaomi Yi sport camera can be thought as the most funny one among Xiaomi products. Moreover, its cheap price shocks us actually.

In terms of its package, it takes the traditional environmental carton as usual. I choose the travel edition that increases a high quality self-pole. What a pity that it does not support remote control.

Upon the package accessories, including the camera, self-pole, user manual and USB cable. While the waterproof case is the additional accessory that I bought by myself.

This picture shows you the Xiaomi Yi sport camera and it has two color options, the white and green. You can observe that there is a big button near the webcam, it is the power button. Entirety shapes like a small size camera that has delicate appearance.

Its body was made by light ABS material and designed with non-slip surface covering 45 degree angle twill processing. Besides, it has suitable hand shutter button. Near side is the status indicator and microphone hole.

The base was made of traditional tripod screw design, which gets the ability to combine most of the current accessories, such as, millet sucker, shoulder strap, pet strap and other external accessories. 

On the left side is the WIFI connection switch, short pressing it until blue light flashing is open, while short pressing until blue light flashing five times is off. All of these operations need to set up via Xiaomi Yi official app.

There are two slotted on the the back side(sorry did not shoot into the left slot cover), and it has micro USB & micro HDMI interfaces, which may be less use. Memory card supports up to 64GB expansion aspect, Xiaomi official recommended to use Class 10 level memory.
